Wendy is a senior Tax and Accounting Manager, providing business advisory services and taxation advice. A Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over 20 years of experience, she has worked with the Tilenni Stiles team since 2011. Qualifying in the UK with top multinational professional services firm Ernst & Young, Wendy subsequently moved into industry working for Campbell’s Soup Company in the FMCG food manufacturing sector.  Following a management buy-out, two site disposals and a brand acquisition, Wendy was appointed Finance Director and remained so until departing for Australia in 2005.

Wendy has spent her time in Australia predominantly working in public practice; applying her wealth of experience with manufacturing and retail entities to help understand and improve client’s business processes and cashflow. Her passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of taxation and business advisory means that she is able offer clients a broad range of advice including business restructuring and new start-ups.

Following on from this, and in keeping with our holistic approach to business, Wendy has qualified as a Finance Neutral in Collaborative Family Law matters.  She works closely with teams of lawyers and family health practitioners, as an independent finance professional, to bring clarity and understanding to family finances with the goal of helping divorcing couples achieve mutually agreeable settlements that work for the family as a whole.

With a passion for all things mentally healthy, Wendy sits as the parent representative on her daughter’s school’s mental health committee – the Be You committee – and works with the team there to keep the educators, students, and community mentally healthy through a variety of programs and initiatives. Linking in with her role as honorary Treasurer on the P and C she is kept very busy in the school community but still finds time to keep fit and active in order to keep up with her 11 year old.
